The Michigan House of Representatives has concurred in the Senate’s version of the Bill Reforming Workers’s Compensation. the bill now goes to the Governor for his signature. this bill, if it becomes law, will help greatly in creating a more competitive business climate for Michigan.

It passed the Michigan House of Representative's House Commerce Committee on October 26, 2011 and has now been referred to the full house. MSIA supports the bill.
