THE MICHIGAN SENATE PASSES WORKERS’COMPENSATION REFORM BILL
On December 7, 2011, the Michigan senate passed its substitute for the House of Representative’s Workers’ compensation reform bill. The Senate Bill must now go back to the House for its concurrence. Stay tuned for ongoing updates.
